Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is offered by Twitterland and is open to anyone in South Africa who is at least 18 years of age. Employees and agents of Twitterland and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. The competition will finish at 3pm South African Standard Time on 31 March 2010.
3. Only 1 prize will be available per month. A winner will be chosen at the closing time. Winners will be announced shortly after close.
4. The prize itself is R3000 in cash.
5. No purchase necessary. To enter the competition without requesting an insurance quote please send a postcard with your Name and Surname, Contact Number and Address to Twitterland, PO Box 51179, West Beach, 7449.
6. You may only enter the competition once. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
7. A computer program will be used to select the winner. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. We will not sell your personal details to anyone.
9. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the prize-winner being announced, the winner forfeits the prize.
10. Neither Twitterland nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
